  • I have taken my small older dog here once and the staff were friendly and asked appropriate questions. His cut wasn't the best he's ever had with missed fur and sides not even. What put me off was that my dog had poop breath when I picked him up, not sure if he ate his own or another dogs. Another thing I noticed is they had a groomed dog with its leash tied to a wall hook so tight that he couldn't lay down without hanging himself. Little thing, but a signal to me that maybe the attention to your pets comfort and safety isn't high enough on their list. I probably won't go back because they don't have a service for a quick interim clean up (no bath, trim eyes, feet, hygiene areas). They required him to be there 3 hours for a "neat and tidy" which for them includes a bath and blow dry. I will keep looking for a good groomer who can do a quick neat and tidy. They were also a bit on the expensive side for getting ho-hum cut.
