  • I used to love this place and have been a loyal customer for 3+ years, but every time I come the pressure the employees put on you to "upgrade" just keeps getting worse. I almost dread it at this point, but today I was bombarded and harassed by an auto glass worker (Independent? I'm not sure she's even employed with the car wash). I had to turn down a wash upgrade and detail (per usual but the guy was nice) and I had to turn down this auto glass woman 4 TIMES!! I know some reviews say otherwise, but I think the work they do is quality for the money you pay...I just can't handle the hassling, scamming, and greedy harassment to upgrade. Just overall horrible customer service- I will now go somewhere else where the employees treat you with respect!
