  • I have had two of my cars serviced at Valvoline. I used to frequent the randolph location, but I have moved my business to this location off monroe road for several reasons. 1. The customer service is excellent. The guys are polite, respectful, and very informative. 2. They hook me up with free car washes from autobell next door. 3. They seem like they really care about my car and honor coupons during each visit. 4. I have NEVER waited more than 10 minutes at this location. I don't live too far from this location, but even if I move, I will make a special trip for my oil changes and car maintenance!
