  • They never answer the telephone at this doctors office. I had to go down there in person in order to speak with someone and I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! I noticed that nobody from the office responds to the review on here which is also not good. My insurance broker signed me up to receive disability insurance in case I get injured and can't go back to work. He called me a couple of weeks later because the insurance company kept asking the doctors office for my medical records and they weren't sending them. They paid to have this done and Dr. Faylona's office weren't sending them. My broker then contacted me which he SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO for assistance in this matter. I called and left 2 messages with no response. This is when I went to the office in person to speak with someone. This shows that they don't care about their patients at all.
