I spoke too soon when I gave this business 5 stars.....I wish I could have given 0. When I dropped off my laptop the owner stated the repair would take 4-5 days. 4 follow up calls and 5 weeks later it was finally ready. I went to pick it up and asked that a discount be offered on the labor only due to my inconvenience. The owner refused. When I offered to do another Yelp review for the $5 off that they advertise, he refused to accept my credit card and insulted me by saying he didn't feel my credit card would go through (discrimination)! I proceeded to collect my belongings to walk out when he grabbed, twisted my arm and scratched me. If I had been a man, he never would have laid his hands on me. The young man working the front desk was very nice, unfortunately the owner is an a$$hole and has no problem assaulting a woman! Stay away from this company. They don't honor their contracts and the owner is a thug!
I see that Mark responded to my review and I'm not surprised to see that he is bold faced lying. Again, indicative of this company and it's owner! There was no good reason at all to deny my payment...as a matter of fact I offered to pay when I dropped my laptop off, by was told just to pay when it was ready...which again I was trying to do. Clearly I had no intentions of defrauding this company after I gave it high reviews on Yelp. What Mark fails to mention is that my husband and brother came in later the same day and paid cash....but of course the owner handled it differently because he's a man! Think twice before using this company...they are cons and I wouldn't put it past them to have stolen personal and confidential information from my laptop. I wish there was video on Yelp so you can see how they are lying. I did not demand anything (although it would not have been unreasonable to honor my request given the extreme delay and inconvenience), nor grab anything out of anyone's hands. It makes no sense that I would offer my payment and then say I was going to dispute the charge...these guys aren't even making sense. Unfortunate experience indeed!
