  • My wife had been taking her car here for a little over a year just since they don't over charge for oil changes and we get a free wash every time. They always try to tell us we need this package or that service. I have enough knowledge on cars to know that they are just trying to make a sale on a non necessary service. On our last visit however, they told us she had a nail in the right rear tire and assured me it needed to be changed soon or it would be dangerous. They pushed to sell me tires and I said no. After taking a thorough look I came to the conclusion there was no nail. After taking it elsewhere to a tire specialist and them taking an expert look at it, they also concluded there was NOTHING in ANY of the 4 Tires. This is the kind of bullshit I've heard about at dealerships and why I will recommend to everyone I know with a Kia to NEVER go here again.
