I walked into this minimally designed clean low lit restaurant with a punch of red. Red napkins, LED lights and a huge red chandelier. However, the real PEARL was the talent of the chef' and his recipes serving fine Thai cuisine. They use fresh and high quality ingredients. They have mastered the pairing of ingredient with the progressive dish presentation. Every bite is a party in your mouth. The whole menu is interesting. All five dishes I tried were fantastic! Two of my favorite dishes are the SPICY HERBS SPRING ROLL and PAD KEE MAO (Drunken Noodle) however, everything was great. Our waiter was helpful in suggesting dishes. I cannot wait to go back.
Chada is an appropriate name for this intimate restaurant. It means Thai crown for the queen. I know I felt it was a royal treat of Thai dining.
