  • I honestly wouldn't even give this company one star. This company will steal all of your money. PS if you get a spray tan you WILL look like a walking traffic cone. I cancelled my membership in time and they told me they could not refund me MY $60! So unless you want your money stolen I would not go to a ultra tan. The staff is so rude and oh yeah corporate is 20 times worse to deal with. I was told that since i got an attitude after the lady named Jessica got an attitude with me I could not get a refund.I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me which made everything worse. I will never walk foot in a ultra tan ever again. I guess I should have read the reviews first that basically state the same thing I am. I could do a better job doing it myself. I was so streaky, splotchy, patchy. PS they pay to get there reviews taken down, I read some the other day and all the sudden the bad ones disappeared. I will continue to post this review until it stays.
