  • I went in and bought a nose ring from Victoria and she was very rude and she didn't even tell me that they only sold 18 gauge nose rings until I had already purchased it and said it was to big. I also didn't even get a receipt. When I said it was to big and I couldn't use it I asked to return the second one I bought and she said no even though I had not touched it. I then was told that I had to sign a paper so that they could put it in because it was a larger gauge. I was not aware of the situation when purchasing the ring I thought I would be able to go get a ring and be on my way but then I had to get my piercing resized because they didn't tell me they only sold a certain size in advance and no where in their store does it say they only have 18 gauge. She also got very defensive when I asked to return the ring because she said that an 18 is a general gauge and there's nothing she can do. I don't recommend going here because unless you know exactly what you need they will not properly be able to help you!
