  • Got my Toyota car key cut and programmed for less than half of what the dealerships wanted. Robert gave me a quick quote through yelp then I saw Brian who took care of the cutting and programming. The key wasn't cut 100% and needed to be jiggled to work, so Brian offered to order me a new key and take a few bucks off for the inconvenience. When I went back to pick up the new key, I also brought in a Kwikset lock from my front door that was giving me problems. He rebuilt the Kwikset lock at no charge. Again he apologized for the inconvenience of having to come back for a new key. Rarely these days do you see customer service like that-- going above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. I will definitely be back if I need locksmithing services again.
