  • ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do not go to HOME DEPOT for AC Services whatsoever.... I had a quote done, left a $500 deposit on an AC system from home depot, only to find out I could get a better system for more than $4000.00 less than home depot, yes that is Four Thousand dollars less. I've called to cancel this no less than 7 times, each time being promised someone would call back in 20 minutes, because they are "in a meeting", "out for lunch" "with a client" etc etc etc. no one has ever called me back, I asked for a direct line of the person who is taking care of this, and they REFUSED to give me the number... beware of Home depot AC, you will be ripped off, and you will not get any customer service of any kind... TERRIBLE!!!
