  • I booked an appointment for 730 pm on a Monday night. I wanted a colour and cut. I arrived at the salon and was taken in quickly by the hairdressers' assistant. The stylist came over and asked what I was there for and proceeded to match the dye to my hair colour. She asked the assistant to continue putting dye in my hair. Once the dye was in my hair and the assistant asked how long to keep the colour in, the stylist came over and berated me. She asked "why would you book an appointment for 730 pm for a cut and colour." The person who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment should have known better! I was made to feel like a fool! I'm the customer going to your salon for the first time, would you not want me to feel comfortable about being there. Needless to say, I left the salon with dye in my hair and washed it out at home! Never ever will I go to that salon again. The stylist didn't even come over to ask why I was leaving. She continued with her other two clients. At one point she had the client blow dry her own hair! Maybe it was a blessing in disguise!
