rev:text	I'm a Lexus owner and I am because Lexus prides themselves on customer service. This particular dealership and even more so an older chubby gentlemen in the service department are horribly reducing that image and now turning away repeat business. I have a GS-350 F-Sport and about a year left on my lease and sad to say I will not be returning to Lexus because of the experience I had with this gentlemen.
