  • Not impressed for a new Starbucks. My wife had (another) craving and we stopped in. She knew it would be busy so she pre-ordered on line. We walk in and there was a long line in the drive through but only 1 person in line inside the store. She waited for 10 minutes then the guys asks her if her name is Marisa. She replied "No, its Heather", and his response was ""Are you sure?" She was pretty sure. She waited a few minutes then he found a cup with her name on it and handed it to her. She looked at it and knew it was very wrong, but after 15 minutes, decided to take the win and move on. The correct order was on the ticket, but the drink was totally wrong. She did her part, Starbucks did not do theirs.
