  • I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! That's why when it came to our wedding, my husband and I decided to order our dessert from them. I placed the order about a month prior to the wedding. Ordered 7 dozen bundtlets and 1 bundtini (to serve as our "wedding cake" during the cake feeding). Ordering was easy and everything was delivered on time (per my friend who also acted as my wedding day coordinator). Unfortunately, after setting up the bundlets, my friend realized the bundtini was missing =( It was too late in the game at that point to call and make them aware of the mishap. All in all, the bundtlets still tasted delicious and everything went as planned. No big deal. Before leaving for our honeymoon, I decided to just send them a quick email letting them know about the undelivered bundtini - saying that I wasn't expecting a refund or anything but that I just wanted them to know what happened so they can be more vigilant next time. It would have been nice to receive a response from them but alas, that didn't happen. So, while their cakes are good, the service at this particular branch could be better.
