  • UNPROFESSIONAL. I placed an online order for two dozen cookies. The scheduled pick up was for 9 am. I arrived at 9 am and the door was still locked. The door visibly states the store opens at 9 am. I stood outside knocking on the door for 10 minutes until someone came outside. This man would not let me in the store. Instead, he chose to argue with me outside the store. I told him I had a scheduled pick up for 9 am and I showed him my invoice. He told me I was wrong and it's not possible to have a pick up at that time. I explained that clearly the website thinks such a pick up time is possible. He told me that I can't pick anything up now, he just got to the store and nothing's ready, and that I can come back at 10 am. I didn't get an apology. I was not allowed in the store. I got yelled at on the corner by someone who clearly showed up late to work. NEVER place an online order here.
