  • My husband and I ordered pizza from this Papa John's for delivery. His pizza was on regular crust and was fine, but mine was on gluten free crust and was burned. I called to request a replacement and was told by the manager "this is the way it's always going to come out." I've had Papa John's pizza on gluten free crust at another location and it wasn't burned or the equivalent of eating rocks. If you have to follow a gluten free diet don't waste your time with this Papa John's location.
