  • This is a HORRIBLE company! They are unprofessional and poorly managed. The service we received on Saturday, August 23 was absolutely terrible. The driver, Richard, was half an hour late and as a result we had about a 20 minute ride. When it was time to pay I explained that because we received less than half the service that was ordered I expected a discount or else credit for future services. He refused in an extremely rude manner, and informed me that we had just got a $200 service from him. I disagreed, as I had been quoted $150 for one hour. After much arguing, Richard condescendingly stated that he would drop the price to $100, and that I am now blacklisted from California Dream Limousine (which is just fine with me). He refused to take payment via MasterCard, and stated that he was told this was supposed to be a strictly cash transaction. Fed up with his crap, I agreed to take out cash. He then followed me into Hudson's (our destination) and watched as I withdrew the money because he 'did not trust me to pay'. The entire experience was overall terrible, and Richard behaved as though I had done something wrong in expecting quality service on the agreed upon time frame. I would not use this company if they were the only one in Calgary! Side note - I emailed the lady I had initially booked through and was ignored. Not surprising.
