  • I've never had a good experience here. Half the stuff on the shelves is expired or nearly so. I once purchased a Cornish pasty from the ready made food counter and it was horribly mouldy inside. The staff isn't particularly welcoming or pleasant. I came in today looking for mayonnaise. He showed me two small jars of the canola oil based mayonnaise, one vegan and priced at 6:49, the other regular and 9.99! I thought that was odd. I was about to take the vegan one when I noticed it had expired 4 months ago!! I said, oh no this is expired, will you give me the other jar for 6:49 since it is the same size, same brand, same product for double the price and you clearly have no problem selling me expired food as a premium so... He said "no, different price" so then I left and bought hellman's at the convenience store next to my house for 5 bucks. The people who run this place don't seem to take any pride or pleasure in selling good, natural and organic groceries. The place is impossibly over priced and not fresh.
