  • Bought an A/V reciever for sorround sound. Bought the Geek Squad protection. Year later the picture stops working. Take it to best buy they ship it off, takes a month to actually get back to me. The problem was fixed but they brok something else while doing so. Waiting another month now for it to be repaired. Something needs to be done about this company.
