CUT did not cut it for me...the best thing we had was the Kobe Beef Sashimi. We also ordered the Tuna Tar Tar (it was OK) and the warm asparagus, poached organic egg with a warm bacon vinaigrette (sounds tasty and full of flavor huh) not a chance...there was hardly any flavor there! The crazy thing is that our waiter recommended that tasteless Asparagus dish! I ordered the Bone In New York Sirloin...ok so I know it wasn't no Kobe Beef, but I thought, how bad could this be? Again...no flavor, plus the wait was so long in between appetizers and entree that I kinda lost my appetite. The sides we had did not blow me away at all - both the mash and creamed spinach with fried organic egg were so so...I make a WAY better mash...sad to say but I bought into the hype and maybe there was too much expectation there...don't think I'll be going back.
