  • The online process was very easy, Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciate the ease with the online processing, the follow up as well as the level of professionalism received. With less than perfect credit, the fact that they work with you has been a saving grace. Bottom line, if you are taking out a loan, pay on time to avoid sky high interest rates and everything will be easy. If you are going to be late, the best course of action is to call first and they won't have to call you or contact references which is how it should be.
