One visit before Christmas and one visit after. My pre-Holiday visit was much nicer than the post visit.
I know that Sears is struggling so I try to give them some $$ every now and then to help the cause. I do not know if it will help this year.
I know that it is really hard to find workers in today's world. Nobody really seems to want to work for a small wage anymore ,so it is tough to find someone willing to put themselves into their work.
However, I was buying some Children's clothing on the 2nd level. There were 3 people working this register station.2 young(in the 20's) and one man a bit older, maybe late 30's.
They were helpful to the customers, that is why I gave 3 stars. However, their personal conversation within range for all to hear, was in no way appropriate for the Job. Not when other people can hear it.
It carried on the entire time I was checking out. You should never talk about your personal life in front of customers. At least wait for a lull in the sales.
The store itself, just does not have any sparkle. they had all things sort of mixed in together. I did not find it inviting to come in and shop. I am sorry that a company that has been around for so long is not doing well. But, maybe they have just givien up.
