  • I am a home owner, and if I specify that my home is for sale BY OWNER ONLY, I mean it. This does not mean make an appointment, walk through my house with a snotty attitude, leave a letter on my table offering to be my realtor when I have specified several times that I am not interested in hiring one, or e-mail me to 'help you figure out my asking price' like I work for you. There aren't any bonus points either pretending you are interested, when you obviously are not. Please keep in mind that many of us that are selling our homes BY OWNER ONLY do not wish to be harassed, bothered, or pestered constantly by realtor's vulture attitude. Please do not waste my time, as I do not waste yours. I had realtor Melinda Murphy visit my home; please do not contact me again, how can I make this clear?
