  • Before the staff was fabulous. BUT of course they were promoted. Now, since the new managers have arrived, service noticeably dropped. The manager doesn't know what she's doing; rude, easily flustered as another patron indictated. It routinely takes me 20 minutes now to make a deposit and honest it's not like it's in pennies and they have to count it. Last time after 15 min wait, she left a bunch of us at front cashier desk taking the only teller into the back -- with huge line waiting for service -- and left money on the table. I'm moving my money it's that bad.
