  • If it weren't for the nice lady int he front, this wouldn't get a star period. This place does not seem to prioritize appointments over walk-ins. I'm not sure what the point was of making an appointment if you are to wait with all others who spontaneously walked in. The glasses are pricy but that was expected, given that they're mostly designer glasses. My main reaaon for the low rating is the extremely long wait -- my appointment was at 1230 and it wasn't until 1:39 before I saw the doctor for my exam. At 2:53 I am still in the waiting area, waiting for the doctor to see me again. It is very impersonal at this location, making me regret mot going to a smaller, local optometrist, where I could've been seen at the time of my appointment and be done after a more appropriate time. Needless to say, I am not coming back here for my next annual exam nor do I recommend anyone else to come (waste time) here.
