  • This location is the luck of the draw every time I walk in. I tend to gravitate here because I work in Parkway Center, so it just makes sense. However, it seems like every time I go they are closed/on break/computer problems. They also never answer the phone. Once when they were having computer issues and locked the doors, I called several times throughout the day to see if their systems were back up so I could get something mailed. No answer, just ringing ringing ringing. Or if you're lucky, the line is busy and you can immediately hang up. If you are lucky enough to catch the doors unlocked and someone behind the counter, the woman has always been very nice and helpful to me. It seems she is their only employee because I have never seen anyone else, and I have come at several different times of the day. I don't expect much from the post office but this one seems to be a constant headache.
