  • Thank you for coming to the rescue! We have been using Noble Carpet Cleaners for 18 months for general carpet cleanings, tile and grout clean and seal and upholstery. Today they showed us what customer service is all about. We had a Roomba horror story happen. Our large dog had an accident while the Roomba was running and poo was tracked all over the upstairs carpet. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I called over to Noble and explained the issue. They were completely booked but fit us in late in the afternoon as this was an emergency. The tech who came out to clean was Mo. He was very nice. He inspected the entire area, then treated the areas that were the worst with a stain treatment. He then treated the entire carpet with a enzymatic spray and worked it in with a brush. Then Mo went back and cleaned the carpet. When he was finished, the carpet looked beautifully clean and smelled wonderful. No poo smell left in the air. Thank you Noble and Mo for helping us get our house clean again. I highly recommend Noble as they have never given us anything but great service.
