  • I have never been to a place that makes their own ketchup! The Vic prides itself on fresh and organic. The restaurant appears to have been carved from the rocks that surround it. The scenic views of mountains and the city lights are majestic. On this visit, I tried the Vic burger, which was cooked to perfection. I also tried the squash pasta which was delightful; the hint of mint and basil paired perfectly.
