  • I moved into Ridgecreek Apartments in December of 2011. When I moved into my new apartment, I had just gone through a break up and I didn't have a lot of furniture. From the very beginning, Paula was warm and welcoming. She gave me a microwave, table, and even some beautiful plants to make my new apartment feel like a home. I moved into a very beautiful two bedroom apartment that was well taken care of. Throughout my 4.5 years of living at this residence, I felt safe and taken care of by Paula and the management property. Whenever I needed maintenance to come to my apartment, Paula responded quickly and had things fixed up right away. If Paula needed to enter my apartment for any reason, she also always gave ample time for me to clean and make it look presentable. It was nice to have a property manager who would monitor the area to make sure the residents were safe. When it came time to move out and into a house, Paula was extremely helpful about giving me tips to clean my apartment. She met with me before the final walk through to show me what to clean and what she would be looking for. Most landlords wouldn't do this as all they care about is keeping the security deposit. Not Paula. She took the time to show me what cleaning supplies are the best and even helped me clean my carpet, counter tops, sink, and floors! Who does that? A very caring landlord. If you are looking for a quiet apartment complex with a caring landlord who takes amazing care of the property, your search is over and you found your next home.
