They keep referring back to their contract as an excuse for their poor unethical behavior, their disregard and disrespect for their customers, instead of doing the right thing by their customers.
Greenleaf UNETHICAL behavior
I notified Greenleaf today that I am moving to Florida at the end of the month and will no longer need their service. I received an email asking to call their office regarding my contract. At that point I was made aware (as so many other Greenleaf customers) that I unknowing signed up for a one year contract and I am either responsible for the balance (of service not rendered) or a $250 early termination fee... They refuse to waiver on that as they believe they are entitled to money for services not rendered.
BEWARE.....wish I had Yelped them sooner.
