  • Just want to send a big thank you to Austin at 40th St & Camelback - Phoenix U-Haul center for getting me in and out so quickly today. Had a new Class III hitch put on my truck and was treated very well here. The afternoon attendant' Robert, was really great too. Felt bad for him, and that's the reason for this review. While I was picking up my truck and installing a hitch cover plate I bought there, Robert was out in the lot helping another customer. Some lady came in and immediately started jumping on Robert complaining that she had an appointment. Robert was spoken down to and scolded as if he had done something wrong, when he was in fact providing the same excellent customer service to a current customer, just as he had given me 5 minutes prior. This lady may have been having a bad day or something, but I found her to be rude and obnoxious - yet, Robert treated her professionally. In the event she dares to get on here and write a bad review, thought you all should know she's full of it- and just a little too full of herself. Ignore it, and trust the excellent service these guys provide. Thanks for a great install of my hitch guys, this is the 2nd time I have been here and both times resulted in top level customer service. Keep up the great work! Respectfully, J.R. P
