rev:text	I wish that I could give this place negative stars. My son, my boyfriend, my best friend and I came to get some lunch. I'll start by saying that the appeal of this place is on point. I am Irish. I was excited to find an Irish pub/restaurant. I was horribly disappointed by what we experienced. Upon entering we were sat by a female I could only assume was the hostess. She informed us our "server" would be with us shortly. We waited, used the rest room, took photos and read the entire, less then impressive one page menu. We were finally greeted by our waitress and she took our drink orders. I said waters all around and my boyfriend and I ordered beers. 20 min went by and we finally got our beers. No water. My friend orders her beer after she returned from the rest room and another 20 min goes by and she finally gets her beer. Still no water. We waited and waited for her to return and take our food order and bring the waters. My boyfriend finally got up and asked where our waters were and if we would be able to place our food orders. A few minutes after he sat back down the "hostess" comes over and slams four waters on the table, didn't say a word just slammed them all down and walked away. I shouted "THANK YOU" and she didn't even knowledge me. Our waitress came and took our food order, which consisted of some appetizers and a kids burger, didn't write anything down and walked away. We sat there for another 20 minutes. After watching the family next to us get there food and drinks promptly we decided that we no longer wanted to wait there for the crap service to get worse so we paid for our drinks and left. I wrote a note on my sons kids menu that read, "horrible service" left that next to the 12$ for our beers and waters and we took our business elsewhere. This place has potential, I was honestly excited to find a nice Irish bar and restaurant. obviously the management isn't managing ANYTHING, and the criteria for wait and bar staff is bottom barrel. Being attractive doesn't make you a good waitress/hostess. A good attitude and a passion for great customer service are things this place and its employees are seriously lacking.
