  • The line here is always ridiculously long and wrapped around the tables. Line seems long more from the lack of organization behind the counter. Employees normally seem confused like they don't know what to do next. It has to be the structure or lack of training because I have been coming here for a long time and nothing has changed except the employees. Old or new employees and it's always the same. I finally walked in yesterday with only 2 people in line ahead of me and it was worse! There were literally about 7-8 employees behind the counter but only one was taking orders, making the orders, and ringing up the food at the register. She took each order, made the plate and walked to the other end to ring it up. So she was handling the food and money while we waited for her to finish doing that for the two families in front of us. No one else ever attempted to assist her. They stood around talking. One was even doing something on her phone in the corner. Please get it together.
