This last month I did a major build out for my business. I went to Home Depot to get numerous supplies, including a substantial amount of lumber. When I went into the lumbar section, there were literally nine employees(I counted them) standing around joking laughing and shooting the breeze. None of them offered to help me and when I approached several I receive nonchalant responses and was basically blown off. Each deferred to another employee who would be able to help me "in a minute."
I was put off by the entire experience and left the store. I purchased 98% of the stuff I needed at Lowe's. Lowes isn't perfect but they seem to have much better customer service. This Home Depot location seems to have numerous employees, however, they have not been trained well in customer service. I believe the entire store is poorly managed
