  • I can't even begin to explain how many times this place has screwed us over. We brought in the Ram 2500 for a steering bracket replacement. We were told it would only take a couple days which turned out to be 10 days. The day it was supposed to be ready, they failed to call us and tell us it would take longer. We picked up the truck yesterday and drove to Tucson for New Years and wound up getting stranded in the desert on our way back to Scottsdale. Turns out, they didn't replace shit and instead temporarily repaired the issue. So now, the vehicle is stuck in reverse (again) which wouldn't had happened if they had replaced the damn steering bracket like they said they did. They charged us $1300 for a replacement that wasn't even replaced. We've had it with their bullshit and you'll be doing yourself a huge favor by taking your business elsewhere.
