  • The physical location is fine, but the staff are not. We just needed a ring resized, and you could tell they were disinterested immediately. No "congratulations," no smiles, nothing. If you aren't excited about engagement rings on Valentine's day, you may be in the wrong business. Picking the ring up was a little better in that someone smiled at me, but only after a few heads peeked up, looked me over, and went back to their paperwork. Yet I also need to consider the quality of their work, which was excellent. They make custom jewelry so it's no surprise that they can resize a ring: 4 days and $60 yielded perfect results. I want to say that this store is below average, but I have had so many awful experiences recently that my standards may need adjusting. At least their apathy wasn't as bad as the near-criminal intent to steal that I have suffered elsewhere.
