| - Really in the mood for soup and always heard good things about this place, but never tried it out. Decided to give it a shot Friday night. Years ago I lived sooooo close to this place and always seemed to drive right passed it. I even dined at that Cheeburger place (gross) once.
As I walk in and survey the area, I see that the dining area is a little small. Lots of the tables were occupied. Decided then that I'll take my order to go, since I was alone anyway. I did like that they had some college basketball on the tv...major props for that. Place looked very clean and well kept...another plus in my book.
My chopstick skills suck, so I was glad to take my order to go and just save the embarrassment of me getting stuff everywhere but my mouth. I ordered the chicken curry soup. Normally, soup is something you don't take to go. It needs to be nice and hot, straight out of the kitchen (also, one sharp turn in my GTI and it could be all over my interior). The order didn't take long to be prepared. Got home and put all the ingredients together. This soup is amazing! I don't wanna sound corny, but I'm gonna be on my Guy Fieri ish.. Pho Annie too me to flavor town! There was such an array of flavors, from the chili sauce, to the curry, to the jalapeƱo, to the lime. Everything came together so perfectly. I even enjoy having the chicken not boneless. It's like a little soup scavenger hunt to find the chicken and tear it apart with your hands.
Great food. I will return. Looking forward to trying the other dishes available.
