I come to this McDonalds often and typically get used to the staff and even if they mess up always apologize . Until my last two visits both which were while Alicia was managing (she doesn't wear a name tag but said that's her name ) She also pretends she doesn't hear you and never apologizes . The other girl on shift with her is sweet until the order is wrong. This morning was my last straw and I plan to find out who is the head manager because the young girl handed me my hot cakes and sausage and 3 breakfast sandwhiches and when I said let me double check it then said oh let me get your hashbrowns and I realized they didn't even cook them so now all my food is getting cold while we wait even longer than the 15 mins we seemed to be there so I tried to speak to Alicia (the manager who is Hispanic and acts like She can't speak English or even apologize ) I decided to just get the $3+ dollars back on my $16.82 order for the hashbrowns so we didn't hAve our food continue to get colder ... of course no apology or even any sort of emotion other than complete disregard.
Honestly I will continue to go here because I shop at this Walmart and my kids are fans and I like their Coke Zero but The first time I saw this crew they messed up my sons cheeseburger and now it's this and they need to get it together or continue to deal with this angry customer
