  • I came in to verify if my account was still active and i walked out with a million things. That's what i call great customer service and sales. The young ladies assisting me with my questions were so welcoming and never pressured me to purchase anything. They showed me everything i asked for and even suggested items. In my opinion, this is the best service any agent can give. I work for customer service so i definitely appreciate and love when I receive TOP OF THE LINE customer service. Ms. Denise Gonzales assisted me with my purchase and also showed me sunglasses, purses and perfumes, Ms Laura assisted me with hair treatment and also recommended me a great hair blow dryer. She demonstrated the flat irons and even did a mini hair treatment with the serums and oil available. Overall my experience was WONDERFUL and I appreciate all the generosity and welcoming service. I noticed that these young ladies were always smiling and interacting with any and all customers that came up to them. There's nothing more important for a store to have than GREAT customer service and employees who smile and are willing to help! I will definitely be coming in more often and recommend the store and the young ladies who assisted me!
