  • Bought a 1 year old, certified Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid basically over the phone. The salesman swore up and down that the car was never painted or crashed but as it is with car dealers, it turned out to be a lie. The car turned out to be not just full of overspray but painted poorly front and back. When I went back to ta k about the issue and see if there would be at least some compensation the acting manager himself (Steve Jaichner) threw the fine print at me and told me there is nothing they would do. So not just does Autonation not stand for quality but neither does GM Certified Preowned. Never again Autonation, you will find more honest sellers on Craigslist.
