  • Best Mexican food in Charlotte! This spot gives fresh, delicious, authentic Mexican food with fabulous potions at a decent price!! The house chips have this amazing seasoning that keeps you chomping away until your food arrives. Inside is fairly small so it can get pretty packed during weekend and busy hours, but luckily for me and my BF we walked in right in time for 2 tables to be free. The server was very nice, and handled our orders appropriately. I ordered the carmarines rancheros and my BF the steak,chicken, shrimp combo fajitas. Food dos not take long to come out and was sizzling hot!! My shrimp was not rubbery or overcooked and my BF noted his meats were all cooked evenly. The sauces and spices were not overpowering as everything complimented each other very nicely. The portions are huge so come hungry!! Only bad thing I have to say about them was that the front door had dirty fingerprints all over it!! It's a big pet peeve of mines!! Just take two seconds and windex it down!! Other than that everything else was great!!
