  • Awful experience here. It took 6months for them to install the most basic set of BLINDS. Every time I would call, I would get the run around as to why the process was taking so long. The manager is "always busy" and never returns any calls-we still have the messed up valances at our house because they have yet to pick them up after SEVERAL phone calls and attempts to reach them. I will NEVER return to this store.
