  • If I could give this store a 0 I would!! I purchase a new blackberry and the short of it is that it doesn't work. It is a faulty product. Battery dies by early evening, it gets SO hot while I talk on it and when it's plugged in to charge the plug is super-hot too. After them telling me to call bell (was on my new blackberry phone for 24 mins with bell while standing in their store) they said that in the 13 page contract that was given me when I bought the phone it says if I have talked on the phone for more than 30 mins I couldn't return it the phone even though it was retuned with in the 14 days will all original packaging. Bell then told me it was up to the Source to take it back if they wanted to......guess what.....they wouldn't. The young lady who was "trying to help me" was great. She totally saw how upset, frustrated and angry I was and she agreed with me but the manager is a JERK!! It's a faulty product and if you return something with in the time period that is written on the receipt you should be able to return it.
