  • Very disappointed, arrived 10 min. prior to 9:00, my appoint. time. Didn't get waited on till 9:20, then another half hour until wheels were removed for break inspection. I was then greeted with "You need new breaks", I asked how bad are they? He said down to 4mm and I then asked what per cent is that? His reply was 10 per cent. Told him I wanted to look, actually they looked pretty good to me. They were in the yellow gauge, not red. I then declined buying new pads. Upon researching above info on internet I learned new pads are 11mm so I had over 30 per cent wear remaining. Not honest, didn't level with me.
