  • Twice they cheated my family. Second time was my brother and they kept selling him broken PS3s (not the fats). First time they actually charged us a restocking fee for a broken system they gave us. I tried to argue he should get a refund back, but I was done dealing with this company. My brother had money that was stuck there from trade ins and unfortunately we had to stick it out or lose everything. He is a broke college student who was just trying to get his PS3 back after his died. He tried getting them to fix it, but they never got anywhere with it. We had to have them sit there and test the systems till they got one that fully worked. The cashier bragged the systems he tests always works, but then had to go through two of his to find one that worked. Keep in mind they were willing to send us back home several times before we found a system that worked. Their stock tends to suck for their PS2 and their Vita selection is almost non-existent. Professionalism and customer service non-existent. Every time I have come I regret it horribly.
