  • Amazing service! I brought my old Galaxy s3 in here to repair the power and home button. I don't use this phone anymore so it wasn't a needed service but if my wife could use it for a phone she just lost and the repair was easy, then I'd get it fixed. Andrew helped me out when I walked in and the owner John was also very helpful. Andrew did a diagnostic test on it, walked me through the entire process and took into the back to see if it was repairable. Turned out that it was not repairable after going through a series of tests. My bill came to "free"!!! They will look at your phone and see if its fixable for free. How crazy is that these days. I will bring my future phone problems back to this company and refer as many people to them that I can. They know what they are doing, have timely service and actually have great customer service skills which seem to be lacking at other businesses these days. Thank you John and Andrew for making my first cell phone repair experience a good one. I salute you for your efforts today. In to my contact list you go!
