This is a classic case of " you get what you pay for." These door screens are almost double the cost of the cheaper companies, but they have double the quality and durability of the others. You can tell just by looking at them and it's even more obvious once you open and close them. These are solid and good looking screens doors. I have a number of upstairs and downstairs exterior doors. I used Clearview Vegas for my downstairs doors that are visible to guests and that get a lot of traffic. I bought the cheap half-priced screens from two different cheap companies ("cheap" = about $600 double-door;$350 single door) for my upstairs doors that I almost never go in and out of. The half-priced screens come out of their tracks easily and use visibly lower quality materials. I would not recommend buying cheap door screens that your guests, especially active children, will use regularly.
