I have been a member for Ten years with EOS it was also know as golds gym. I have been requesting to reduce my membership three times and by doing this I had to make several appointments. Everyday I go into the gym I see a sign for $19.99 to be a member, I pointed this out to the front desk and I feel like I have been ignored. One time this young man provided ma a phone number to cancel my membership and re- sign up for a membership with the new fee. Hmm! What a customer service, I don't have a lot of time to make a phone call, I felt like quitting the gym and going somewhere else.
The reason why I stuck around is b/c of Phil Donnelly. On 8/23/16 I went to the gym and I tried one more time and asked the front desk if they could check my membership and reduced my monthly payments and finally I got the Manager Warren to pay attention and help me with my monthly payments. He told me to go ahead and workout and when I am done to come by and see him. Oh my gosh Warren is awesome! Not only he fixed my monthly payments from $39.99 to $24.00 a month. He didn't make me wait and waste my day. I was able to workout and reduced my monthly fee. Now this is a great customer service. Thank you EOS for hiring a manager who will actually take the time and pay attention to their customer with their needs.
