  • I really wanted to like this place, but after going a few times I cancelled my membership and won't be returning. The front staff needs to be retrained, or replaced. I'm sorry, they just don't give the impression of knowing what they're doing. I had my eyebrows, underarms, and a Brazilian done. The second time I had my underarms done, I think I was burnt. The whole area was red for like 3 days! I was told that likely it was something I'd done to cause it, no real apology, just "it must be your fault." I didn't do anything different than the other two times. Luckily the Brazilian area wasn't like that. The lady that did the waxing, Tasha, was great. If it weren't for the front staff and my fear of the uncomfortable redness returning, I would go back. In terms of the physical place, it's clean, so I have no complaints there.
